About the Role

As the Sr. Manager - Events & Experience you will be responsible for planning and managing executing team towards high impact events that align with organizational goals and objective while ensuring end to end seamless operations, experience and budget alignment are managed. In this role you will drive distributor engagement, loyalty, experience, motivation, recognition through high-end, professionally managed & executed events to boost distributor business & performance.

What you will do

Distributor-Centric Event Strategy Partner with Sales to plan national events tied to business growth, product launches, and leadership development.

Budgeting & Commercial Accountability Own Event P&L; — optimizing spend across venues, travel, and production while tracking ROI and driving distributor retention.

Cross-Functional & Distributor Coordination Be the connective tissue between Sales, Training, Marketing, Communications, and distributor leadership.

Venue & Travel Management Manage large-scale logistics across domestic and international events — venues, vendors, and flawless on-ground execution.

Event Experience & Brand Alignment Curate impactful agendas and ensure consistent global branding tailored to local markets.

Recognition & Awards Management Design creative recognition programs that inspire and motivate top performers.

Risk, Compliance & Crisis Handling Lead safety, compliance, and crisis management with global security teams.

Measurement & Post-Event Impact Turn attendance, feedback, and sales momentum into insights that shape future events.

What You Bring

15+ years of experience in large-scale event management
Bachelor's degree required; background in Events & Experiential Marketing a plus Diploma/certification in Events, Digital, or Experiential Marketing (optional but valued)
