Role Summary

The Nutanix L2 Support Engineer is responsible for advanced troubleshooting,
administration, and stability of Nutanix HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure)
platforms. This role acts as a technical escalation point for L1 support teams,
resolves complex infrastructure issues, and supports production settings
across Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.

The engineer works closely with vendors and application owners to ensure high
availability, performance, and compliance across the infrastructure ecosystem.
