About the role
Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products.
We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4–5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality.



This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent prospect for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space.
Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer.
What would you do?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance
Robust experience in scenario-based instructional design
Experience working in a projectized/agile workplace
Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments
Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows
Ability to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage)
