Key Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, instruments, and troubleshooting
techniques.
Understanding of failure analysis processes and root cause problem-solving.
Knowledge of electro-optical/opto-electronic systems (thermal imaging, day vision).
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to defence project requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Validation in the Defence or
Aerospace sector.
Exposure to defence standards, protocols, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Must be adaptable for travel to customer sites, production sites, and trial locations.
Ability to work overtime/extended hours when the project demands.

confidentiality, and discipline in a defence workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and validation of Thermal Cameras and Day Cameras in line with
defence quality standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed testing and validation reports.
Perform failure analysis and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with Assembly, R&D;, and Trials teams for issue resolution and
integration.
Support customer site visits, production site activities, and field trials as required.
Provide in office technical assistance during installations, demonstrations, and
acceptance testing.
Work extended hours or overtime when required to meet defence project timelines.
