Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Engineering Architect to lead performance strategy, design, and execution across large-scale, distributed systems. This role is critical in ensuring our digital platforms deliver exceptional speed, scalability, and reliability. You will partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to embed performance engineering practices early in the development lifecycle and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead performance engineering strategy, including load, stress, scalability, and failover testing.
• Translate business requirements into workload models, user concurrency, and traffic projections.
• Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting aligned with release cycles.
• Drive tooling strategy using JMeter, LoadRunner, and up-to-date observability platforms.
• Build monitoring dashboards across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Conduct bottleneck analysis and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery.
