Job Description:

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role
Develop and review quality specifications and procedures.
Review vendors documentation (project quality plans, procedures).
Report project KPIs. Monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
Strong coordination and reporting skill.
Follow-up NCRs, Observations and other findings until close-out.
Provide project focused QMS training.
Review requisitions.
Contribute to Project Quality Management System Review.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System.
Strong knowledge and experience in leading Project Quality Audits.
Technical Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills (including years of experience if need be)
Desirable/Essential




At least 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects as Quality Engineer.
Essential
Lead Auditor Certificate (Auditor Registration, not only training) according to ISO 9001 or equivalent internationally recognized.
Essential
University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Essential
Positive communication skills and very positive knowledge of spoken and written English language.
Essential
Valuable knowledge of reporting tools (eg. Ms. Excel, PowerBI).
Desirable
Basic knowledge on ADNOC technical and quality specification.
