Job Overview

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design and optimization of cryogenic applications for clean energy and industrial gases. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in process cycle design, equipment sizing, and a deep understanding of cryogenic processes. This role involves leading the design and implementation of productive and cost-effective process cycles and the sizing of major equipment necessary for cryogenic applications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

· Process Design and Optimization:




Lead the development and optimization of process cycles for cryogenic applications in clean energy and industrial gases.
Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and performance evaluations.
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;).

· Equipment Sizing and Selection:
Calculate and determine the appropriate sizing for major equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and expansion turbines.
Specify and select suitable materials and equipment to meet process requirements and standards.

· Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.

· Project Management:
Lead or participate in project planning, scheduling, and budget
