Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Talent Acquisition for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Mumbai (Andheri) Location.

Key Responsibilities:
Target based Recruitment: Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same within the stipulated time frame.
Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing contact , engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, skilled networks, employee referrals when required.
Job Postings: Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.
Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or emails,



as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments and then arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for recent hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
Regular updating: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational prospects, reading skilled publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in skilled organizations.

Candidates Profile:
Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of Relevant (Preferable from IT or Companies which have a High Recruitment Turnover and from a target based environment).
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar. Grad - Post Grad Preferable.
