Marsh is seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our Operations team as the Associate Director of Insurance Operations. This key role will be based in Gurgaon and requires commitment to in-office collaboration at least three days a week. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape and a proven track record of driving operational excellence through cutting-edge strategies, effective stakeholder engagement, and leadership in change management

We will count on you to:

Operations Management
Collaborate with the senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various insurance processes.




Support the transformation of operations to meet evolving market demands and client expectations, contributing to Marsh's position as a thought leader in the insurance industry.
Act as a key contributor in sharing insights and best practices through internal and external forums. Facilitate discussions on emerging trends, cutting-edge solutions, and the future of insurance operations.
Work closely with key stakeholders across business units to identify development needs and create tailored training programs that empower teams and enhance performance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with global leadership to foster trust and facilitate seamless communication.
Oversee the implementation of processes that optimize information exchange among internal teams, clients, and strategic partners.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
