Role & Responsibilities
Lead and scale the institutional equity sales team across India, setting revenue targets, performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with buy-side institutions — including mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global asset managers — to drive trading volume and commission income.
Partner with research, trading, and compliance teams to deliver tailored market insights, trade ideas, and execution excellence aligned with client mandates.
Represent the firm at sector-focused investor events, roadshows,



and conferences to enhance brand visibility and capture new mandate opportunities.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and client feedback to adapt sales messaging, product offerings, and internal workflows for maximum impact.
Ensure full adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal compliance policies across all client interactions and sales practices.
