About The Role





We’re building a world-class Spend org in Bangalore and looking for a senior engineering leader to serve as our local site lead while directly owning the Accounting Integrations team. This is a rare 0 to 1 plus scale role: you’ll stand up the Bangalore hub, hire and coach managers and ICs, and ship the accounting integration platform that powers Rippling’s finance suite (corporate cards, reimbursements, travel, and accounting automation).

You’ll wear two hats:

Site Lead (matrix): Be the senior presence for Spend in Bangalore—set a high bar, unblock teams, drive performance management, and ensure crisp productengineering execution across reimbursements, travel integrations, and accounting integrations.
Direct Owner (line): Lead the Accounting Integrations team to build both the platform and the first wave of integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft, and others). You’ll create repeatable pipelines, operational tooling, and the quality bar for how Rippling ships integrations.
