About the Chance

Analytix Business Solutions is looking for a results-driven Freelance Social Media Specialist to help strengthen our digital presence, increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and generate qualified leads across multiple social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing B2B social media accounts, developing content strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify audience personas, content pillars, and engagement prospects.
Build and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
Plan campaigns around product launches, webinars, events, hiring initiatives, and industry trends.

Content Creation & Publishing

Create engaging and audience-focused content for social media channels.
Write compelling captions, headlines,



and calls-to-action (CTAs).
Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
Schedule and publish content as per the approved calendar.

Platform Management

Manage and optimize company presence on:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Facebook
X (Twitter)
YouTube
Implement hashtag strategies and profile optimization best practices.

Community Management

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages.
Manage online reputation and escalate business-related queries when required.
Build meaningful interactions with prospects, clients, and industry communities.

Campaign Execution

Execute lead generation, engagement, branding, and event-based campaigns.
Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and PPC teams.
Support paid social campaigns with content and campaign execution.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
