This multi-faceted role requires quick thinking and proficiency in building, and executing,
on detailed learning plans as well as an overall knack for interaction, in-person training and Learning quality analysis for a team of on ground Teacher Partners. Youâll be tasked with scaling learning modules in an creative way at a company thatâs growing like crazy and changing constantly.
Our Cuemath Teacher Partners (CTPs) are all about business and as entrepreneurs they drive their centres with support from our teams, and as a Learning Manager, you would be ensuring that these Teacher Partners (CTPs) can continuously provide world class support to our target audience. This role is about building a solid foundation for our Partner Learning program, scaling it beyond what is today, and pre-empting what it will need to be tomorrow.
