What You’ll Do
Drive the E-commerce Product Strategy
Define and own the roadmap for our e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring it caters to B2C users across categories like auto, electronics, services, real estate, and goods.
Identify pain points for buyers and sellers, businesses and consumers alike — crafting experiences that balance simplicity, trust, and performance.
Collaborate with operations, business, analytics, and marketing teams to improve platform liquidity, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Build AI / ML Capabilities
Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into products,



workflows, and strategic initiatives.
Work with engineering and data teams to conceptualize, evaluate, and scale AI-driven product features and automation use cases.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends, LLM ecosystems, and applied AI innovations to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
Drive experimentation using AI-enabled tools for user insights, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency.

Build Scalable Commerce Capabilities
Drive end-to-end development of core e-commerce flows including product discovery, listing management, checkout, fulfillment tracking, and post-sale interactions.
Build and optimize tools tailored for both B2C users (e.g., casual listers, individual buyers) and B2B merchants (e.g., multi-SKU inventory managers, repeat sellers).
