Job Description:

The Regional Manager - West directs the operations of UPS SCS (India) Pvt Ltd for the West Region of India. He/She will be responsible for developing the operations function, managing budgets and financials, managing customer service and account management, supporting business development, and ensuring quality compliance (i.e., legal, regulatory, and policy). The Regional Manager level is dependent on the scope of products offered in the branch, revenue, and number of employees.



This position manages supervisors within the department.

Manages SCS Revenue Growth
Interacts with UPS sales groups (e.g., Strategic Sales, Global Sales, etc.) to participate in sales calls for securing recent accounts and growing existing accounts.
Identifies current and long-term business development opportunities in customer organizations to align SCS products and services with customer needs.
Oversees the request for quotation process to produce one-day quote turnarounds.
Interacts with UPS Global Sales and Strategic Sales to implement strategies for responding to corporate bids.
Reviews service levels and operational productivity to ensure customer requirements are met and to increase customer retention.

Defines and executes initiatives for customer satisfaction and retention (e.g., service evaluation surveys, etc.) to create customer loyalty and opportunities for additio
