Job Title: Principal Analyst – Total Rewards
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Reporting to: Manager – Total Rewards

PURPOSE OF ROLE




The role will primarily be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of total rewards programs including designing and executing competitive advantages strategies & recognition framework to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with company's objectives and culture. The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Services, finance, legal, external vendors, and global Total Rewards teams to drive program effectiveness, governance, compliance, and employee experience.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
