Requirements:
Min 7 - 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot, research and diagnose root cause for an incident or problem
US Client facing experience is mandate.
Team handling experience

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time-frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including all key stakeholders and vendors.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects /project budget




Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility.
Leverage significant experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies to lead project teams on a daily basis to the successful delivery of software development related projects
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospective).
Identify and recommend current and improved processes and practices and assist with their adoption.
Develop cutting-edge ideas to improve the delivery of software.
Determines project scope and deliverables based on documentation and requirements supplied.
Resolves project issues through direct action or escalation, when necessary
Implements Risk Management program to ensure that all risks are identified and appropriately mitigated.
Collaborate and solve problems with the development & product teams.
Present reports defining project progress, problems,
