About the Role

Source and engage candidates through job boards, qualified networking, social platforms, and referrals. Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles.

Responsibilities

Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)



and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must have – BE/ BTech education degree.
Cab facilities both way, WFO-5 days.
