Role and Responsibilities:
Handle the Store Department at the construction site, ensuring smooth operations.
Establish and implement handling systems for SAP and ERP movement of materials.
Prepare stock registers and provide daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports to the Head Office (HO) and Project Head.
Follow up with the purchase department for material indent and maintain tracking records of indents.
Monitor material stock and consumption on a daily basis.
Prepare statements and submit them to the HO in a timely manner.
Create debit notes for sub-contractors and suppliers.
Certify material purchase bills.
Ensure proper inventory control of the store using ERP software and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock statements.
Establish and implement procedures for receiving, identifying,



and accounting for incoming materials.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
Maintain complete and up-to-date records for physical storage and accounts.
Coordinate with other departments within the company and external agencies.
Take necessary steps for replenishing stock.
Arrange required packing materials.
Responsible for inventory control.
Reconcile third party accounts related to job work.
Monitor receipts and issues in the store department, verify purchase bills, and keep management informed about the store's situation.
Maintain and file records.
Prepare planning sheets and challans for internal materials transfer.
Prepare asset challans and coding for current asset materials.
Ensure proper quality and quantity check of recent materials.
Manage transportation logistic activities.
Maintain good housekeeping in the entire store.
