As an EIR, youâll collaborate directly with the founders to drive and execute strategic growth initiatives across India and international markets. This is a unique prospect to gain hands-on exposure to leadership, business development, and venture building within a quick-evolving technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking and community-building
Utilize a strong professional and alumni network to identify strategic partnerships, mentorship opportunities, and business growth avenues for the organization.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to foster meaningful connections and enhance brand visibility.
Contribute to the organizationâs profile by through talks, articles,



and active participation in relevant skilled and entrepreneurial communities.

Product-Market Analysis
Participate in customer engagement programs to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
Establish structured mechanisms for collecting and analysing market feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support in identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and market expansion possibilities, including international markets.

Program & Business Management
Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of strategic programs and initiatives.
Implement process frameworks for better tracking, coordination, and accountability across departments.

Leadership & Strategic Growth
