Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud

infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as BigQuery,

Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Google Kubernetes Engine

(GKE).

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Cloud

Deployment Manager to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management

of GCP resources.

Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including modular code

design, comprehensive testing, code reviews, version control (Git), and

documentation standards.

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and

release management of cloud infrastructure and data applications.

Develop and integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for cloud services

and data pipelines to ensure high availability, performance, and proactive issue

detection.





Collaborate closely with data scientists, data analysts, and product development

teams to understand data requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate

analytical needs into scalable engineering solutions.

Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to

cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, application performance, and security.

Contribute to the strategic direction of our cloud architecture and data platform,

evaluating recent technologies and recommending best practices.

Mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and promote

knowledge sharing within the team.

Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to Ford's security, governance, and data privacy

standards.
