We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our Team. You will play a pivotal role by helping us build a QA Team, create and implement Quality Assurance strategies, best practices, tools and automation and lead the QA Testers in our India office. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a solid foundation in software testing methodologies and best practices. You take ownership of quality and bring a structured, thoughtful approach to testing, ensuring that solutions are thoroughly validated and are aligned with both technical and business expectations. What You Will Do

Ensure all systems and project deliverables meet high standards of quality, reliability, and data accuracy through structured and comprehensive testing practices
Design and execute end-to-end test strategies to ensure full validation of business processes and system behaviour, including functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to support scalable, repeatable, and productive testing
Validate data integrity, calculations, and system out
