About the Role
This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, relationship managers, and internal teams, ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout the client lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end client onboarding, account documentation, transaction processing, and portfolio servicing, with a robust focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The position demands proactive client engagement, effective handling of service requests, and seamless coordination for complex requirements.



The candidate will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with regulatory norms and internal service standards while supporting the Relationship Managers in deepening client relationships, you will empower clients to make informed investment decisions that enhance their wealthwhile contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all service-related requirements.
Deliver proactive, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve client queries and requests promptly, coordinating with internal and external teams for complex or escalated matters.
Prepare and maintain portfolio statements for clients and relationship managers (RMs).
Accompany RMs for client meetings as required.

Onboard new clients, complete all KYC requir
