Power the Future of SaaS Delivery & Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who is equal parts creative
thinker and meticulous craft person. This role sits at the intersection of
brand, digital marketing, and storytelling — and requires someone who can
translate complex ideas into visually compelling narratives that resonate
globally.

You will own the end-to-end creative process: from concept development and
design strategy through to pixel-perfect final execution. You will work across
brand identity,



marketing campaigns, product marketing collateral, social
media, presentations, and digital content — bringing rigorous visual thinking
and creative ambition to everything you produce.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. You will be the creative
standard-bearer for Sirion's visual output globally, working in close
collaboration with the marketing leadership, demand generation, product
marketing, and communications teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Brand Identity & visual Governance

· Serve as the guardian of Sirion's visual identity — ensuring brand
consistency, integrity, and evolution across every customer-facing and internal
touchpoint.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand design system: typography
hierarchy, colour systems, iconography, layout grids, and component libraries.

· Create and update brand guidelines, design standards, and visual
governance documentation for use across global
