Job Summary
The Senior Vendor Manager owns the relationship, contractual and commercial governance of one or more of Olympus’s Tier-1 strategic IT vendors which deliver services across multiple Global IT functions from India and globally. Based in India, close to these vendors’ delivery centres, the role is Olympus’s strategic point of contact for the assigned vendor(s) – steering performance, value, risk and innovation across the full contract lifecycle.



The role chairs and drives the strategic vendor governance forums, leads escalations and dispute resolution, and ensures the vendor’s delivery continuously advances Olympus’s Global IT and medtech strategy, including its patient-safety, security and compliance obligations.

Sourcing Strategy
Support the development of the sourcing strategy and sourcing standards for the Solution Delivery Function, in alignment with Olympus’ broader commercial framework.
Research vendors to provide input into the selection of strategic third-party partners, such as technology suppliers and outsourcing and qualified services companies.
