Your role will include overseeing,



supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing explicit instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware products and systems, end to end product development experience is a must
Design, define, and simulate analog and digital circuits.
Conduct FMEAs, Reliability and other failure analysis of HW Design
Responsible for schematic design , CDR and change management if needed.
Layout Review and ensure conformance to IPC standards and relevant Honeywell guidelines
Responsible for current product transfer from R&D; to production and provide related technical document.
Responsible for the hardware circuit problem solving and product design upgrade of the products that have been put into production
Co-work with local FW/SW/Testing team on system level issues through the project development
Co-ordinate with regulatory team for
