IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Solid experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or
FP&A; within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in P&L; analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and
profitability analysis.
Ability to analyze cost drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and
provide business insights.
Experience in product costing, plant costing, pricing support, and variance
analysis.
Robust collaboration skills with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,
Procurement, and Commercial teams.
Ability to prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support data-driven
decision-making.
