IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or
FP&A; within a manufacturing setting.
Expertise in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and
profitability analysis.
Ability to drive cost optimization and provide actionable financial insights
to business leaders.
Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams including
Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor finance
professionals.
Ability to drive financial governance, process improvements, and reporting
excellence.
