Job Summary
We are seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in the automotive or tractor domain and solid hands-on experience in PLM systems.
The candidate will be responsible for vehicle integration activities along with effective management of product data, engineering releases, BOM structures, and change management processes through PLM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Integration Responsibilities
-Support complete vehicle integration and packaging activities for tractor/off-highway vehicle projects.
-Coordinate with CFT for integration of chassis, plastics, sheet metal, electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.
-Perform clash analysis, fitment checks, and DMU reviews.
-Ensure proper routing and packaging feasibility for harnesses, hoses, and mechanical components.
-Participate in prototype build support and ensuring proper assembly sequence followed.
-Coordinate with design, CAE,
manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams.
PLM Responsibilities
-Hands-on experience in PLM tools for product structure and engineering data management.
-Create and manage:
-BOM structures
-Part numbers
-ECO Management
-Revision management
-Maintain CAD data and drawing release processes.
-Support configuration management and product lifecycle processes.
-Work closely with design and release teams for smooth data flow.
-Ensure compliance with PLM processes and documentation standards.
