Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and change management.



Daily responsibilities include administering HR policies, supporting employee relations, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The role will oversee performance management processes, coach managers on feedback and development, and support initiatives related to engagement, retention, and organizational culture. The HR Business Partner will also contribute to HR reporting, process improvement, and implementation of HR programs that support the growth of SAR Logistics.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience in implementing and maintaining HR frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and handling grievances with fairness and professionalism.
