Purpose of this position / Position summary :
Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.

Primary duties and responsibilities :
• Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory.
• Also responsible for activating current customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers.




• Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and adaptable to travel

Job Requirement :
• Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. Preferred) Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA Marketing / Sales
• Experience - Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry
• Strong channel & distribution management skills.
• The incumbent must have valuable proven communication and sales capabilities.
• Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.
• Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
• Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
• Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
