Multi-asset platform for capital markets

As a member of the Client retention Pod, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance software that handles client-side order entry, state management, and execution reporting. This role requires a sophisticated blend of low-latency C++ engineering , Scala and an obsession with transactional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Order Lifecycle Management: Maintain and evolve the core ASE/ALGO codebase, ensuring deterministic and reliable handling of orders, cancellations, executions and Market Data .
Performance Engineering: Identify and resolve memory bottlenecks and CPU spikes within the orderrouting/Market data path to ensure consistent “p99” latency.
Collaborative Development: Partner closely with other developers, and product managers to design and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
Code Maintenance and Fixing:



The responsibility to “maintain and evolve the core ASE/ALGO codebase” aligns with the L3 pod’s need to perform small, impactful improvements and fixes to client retention and stability issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Experience

Qualified Experience: Substantial experience developing in C++ (standard 17 or higher) and Scala ideally within a trading firm.
Expert Debugging: The requirement for “High proficiency with GDB (including advanced coredump analysis) and memory profiling tools” is essential for a team that acts as the first line of escalation for all PRBs, including crashes and alerts
Concurrent Programming: Robust proficiency in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex multi-threaded applications.

Up-to-date Tooling: Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development, refactoring, and code quality.
