ABOUT THE TEAM: RealPage is seeking a Salesforce Developer II position for our Business Enterprise Solutions Technology (BEST) Department at RealPage, Inc. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with different teams and admin resources to develop, document and design productive solutions, write minimal technical documentation for implementations, Integrations, enhancements to the salesforce.com platform and development.

Responsibilities
Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.
Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Drive AI-powered enhancements across Salesforce (Service, Sales, and Platform).
Implement Einstein AI, Generative AI, and automation-driven solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.




Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement current applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes using AI + automation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy current/updates to existing applications and code.
Design and implement AI-enabled features, including:

Einstein Predictions & Recommendations
AI-powered Case/Lead routing and summarization
Prompt Builder and Copilot configurations
Build intelligent workflows using Flow
