Key Responsibilities

The candidate will work closely with multiple global teams, including our Danish
HQ (Newbuilding & Retrofit Design), Mumbai office, vessels, shipyards, OEMs, and
other internal stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for implementing current equipment installations and
retrofit modifications across the existing fleet to support our operational and
strategic goals.

The primary responsibilities include:
Initiating, planning, and independently managing major retrofit projects from
concept through delivery.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams to
achieve project objectives.
Driving external suppliers, vendors, shipyards, and service providers to meet
project timelines and quality requirements.
Facilitating effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Maintaining a strong safety-first mindset throughout project execution.
Ensuring compliance with international regulations, class requirements,
company standards, and quality expectations.




Taking ownership of assigned projects while fostering teamwork and
collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced qualified with
Minimum 5–10 years or more of relevant experience within the Electrical project
execution on commercial sea-going vessels / Ship Management / Sailing experience
as ETO with project experience / Shipbuilding /Ship repair/conversion projects
/Marine design engineering & Project implementation and rollout activities

The ideal candidate should possess:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronics
Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience in marine electrical systems, shipbuilding, ship repair, retrofit
projects
Exposure to Design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and
maintenance of marine electrical, automation, navigation, and control
systems.
