Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Tester with 2–3 years of experience to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, APIs, and communication platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in manual testing, bug tracking, test case creation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end testing of web applications, dashboards, APIs, and communication platforms to identify functional, usability, and performance issues
Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and technical requirements
Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI,



and API testing across multiple products and modules
Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution with the development team
Validate bug fixes, perform retesting, and ensure product stability before production deployment
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and verify feature functionality
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective to improve product quality
Ensure releases meet quality standards by conducting pre-release checks and preparing QA sign-off reports
Help improve QA processes, test documentation, release checklists, and overall quality standards within the team
Identify edge cases, usability issues, and opportunities for process or product improvements
Support testing during recent feature launches, product enhancements, integrations, and platfor
