• To ensure effective implementation of defined Quality systems like ISO 9001/ TS 16949 requirements and obtain / maintain quality certifications such as ISO 9001, TS 16949 etc.
• To coordinate with certification body, external quality auditors and monitor the compliance of auditors’ reports.
• To provide training and guidance to employees with regard to quality systems and certifications such as ISO 9001 / TS 16949 .
• To provide training in problem identification & problem solving skills
• To carry out internal quality audits of manufacturing units. ,corporate functions
• Ensure proper closure of issues raised through various customer audits in plants
• Control on quality of products made by out side processors through audits
• Interacting with suppliers on quality issues RM & PM for proper resolution of deviations.
& Carry out supplier audit
• To monitor the quality of packaging materials & take up with supplier in case of deviation.
