We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. If you love solving puzzles with data, figuring out how to make complex processes smoother, and want a front-row seat to how a up-to-date sales organization scales, this role is for you
As an intern, you will be deeply embedded in our day-to-day operations. You’ll clean and analyze CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data, build internal dashboards, and help support our sales team so they can close deals faster. This is a highly cooperative role bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and SCM.
Note on Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, on-ground position requiring 5 days a week in the office. You will be working directly alongside our sales team to provide real-time, in-person support.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Sales Support: Provide real-time, in-person assistance to the on-site sales team, helping them resolve minor technical, operational, or process hurdles as they arise.
Reporting & Analytics: Help build, maintain,
and update sales performance dashboards and weekly trackers.
Process Optimization: Assist in documenting internal workflows for our current sales process.
Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate daily with local Marketing and other teams to ensure data flows smoothly.
Qualifications
Availability: Ability to work on-site at our office 5 days a week (Full-time hours).
Education: Engineering Background
Spreadsheet Savvy: Solid foundational skills in Excel or Google Sheets (think VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data formatting).
Analytical & Proactive: You don't just look at numbers; you naturally want to know why they look that way, and you're quick to jump in and help colleagues face-to-face.
Detail Obsessed: You catch the double-spaces, the mismatched data types, and the missing fields that others skip past.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in person with both sales reps and technical tea
