JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to own and manage the JWC website and app ecosystem across all its business verticals. This role is responsible for continuously optimizing platforms for engagement, growth and deliver seamless customer experiences.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Drive UX/UI optimization, SEO, analytics, page speed, app performance, and conversion improvements.
Lead website and app updates including campaigns, landing pages, booking journeys, and integrations.
Partner with Digital, CRM, ticketing, content, and business teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Explore and implement AI-led solutions including personalization, automation, chat journeys, search optimization, and consumer insights.
Manage agencies, developers, AI partners, and technology vendors.
Track and report platform performance metrics including traffic, engagement, app adoption, and conversions.
Support integration of CRM, loyalty, ticketing,



analytics, and marketing technology systems.
Drive innovation and best practices across digital platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Marketing/related field
Relevant Certification Courses will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience in website, app, digital product, or digital platform management.
