About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Recruitment to drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage hiring pipelines, and lead a small team. The role requires robust expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and bulk hiring, especially for sales roles within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery
Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles, with a strong focus on sales hiring
Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and ensure quality shortlisting
Drive bulk hiring, walk-ins, and campus recruitment initiatives

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage, guide, and monitor a team of recruiters
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines
Ensure consistent follow-ups and feedback loops with internal stakeholders

Candidate Engagement & Coordination




Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
Ensure strong candidate engagement to minimize dropouts
Oversee interview scheduling, offer discussions, and joining formalities

Reporting & Process Management
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
Ensure data accuracy in ATS/HR systems
Continuously improve hiring processes and turnaround time

Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (team handling preferred)
Experience hiring for sales roles (Real Estate preferred)
Strong expertise in portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
Proven ability in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
