Tower In?Charge (Manager) – High?Rise Residential Buildings
Job Summary
Responsible for end?to?end execution, coordination, and delivery of a specific residential tower within the project. Leads all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP activities in the tower to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
? Tower Execution & Delivery
Lead overall execution of the assigned high?rise tower from foundation to handover.
Ensure all works (structural + finishing + MEP) follow project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely achievement of floor cycles and finishing milestones.

? Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management
Prepare micro?schedules (daily/weekly) for tower activities and align with the master schedule.
Ensure availability and mobilization of materials, manpower, shuttering, rebar, equipment, and subcontract resources.
Coordinate with planning, QS, procurement, and site logistics teams for smooth operations.

? Team Leadership & Coordination




Lead and manage tower engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, finishing, QA/QC, and safety teams to ensure clash?free execution.
Conduct daily review meetings and resolve bottlenecks at site.

? Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, IS codes, and approved drawings.
Verify quality of structural works (formwork, reinforcement, concreting) and finishing works.
Ensure QA/QC inspections, checklists, and consultant/client approvals are completed on time.

? Safety Management
Ensure compliance with safety norms for working at height, scaffolding, machinery, and hot works.
Conduct safety toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.
Coordinate with the EHS team to eliminate unsafe practices.
