Experience: 1–3 years

Have a killer aesthetic sense and a natural eye for design.
Can think visually — not just follow references.
Understand layout, typography, and how color psychology drives emotion.
Are fluent in Adobe Suite / Figma (or whatever tool helps you create magic).
Can collaborate with the video & strategy teams to turn campaigns into art.

Bonus points:
You can guide an idea from moodboard to final output.
You obsess over quality, alignment, and that extra 1% polish.
