As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to support client needs and drive successful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.
