Position Title: Area Manager
Department: Retail – AutoFin
Objective:
Efficiently drives business growth in the assigned territory by increasing revenue and expanding market presence, while building robust relationships with customers, dealers, and financiers through proactive engagement and effective stakeholder management. Additionally, ensure seamless operational execution by promptly resolving issues, maintaining full compliance with processes, and consistently delivering high?quality service.
Accountability:
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective business strategies.
Build and maintain solid client relationships while resolving critical escalations promptly.
Manage daily operations with timely follow-ups and ensure smooth loan disbursement and documentation processes.
Expand business by acquiring current clients and strengthening existing partnerships.
Oversee dealer/channel management to improve leads, logins, conversions, payouts, and disbursements.
Collaborate with local finance executives for customer coordination, documentation, FI,



agreement signing, and deviation management.
Engage with customers in the local language to assess their profile and recommend suitable loan products or financiers.
Ensure end?to?end RTO process management, including document collection, challan clearance, receipt tracking, RC transfer, and HPA updates.
Submit timely operational reviews, performance reports, and ensure full compliance with process and regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead quality?focused initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
