We are hiring an experienced HSE skilled to ensure workplace safety and statutory compliance. The role focuses on fire safety, machine safety, chemical handling, audits, and employee safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Kerala Factory Rules, and EHS regulations
Conduct plant safety inspections and hazard identification
Maintain fire safety systems, PPE compliance, LOTO, and work permits
Monitor protected handling and storage of chemicals, dyes, and acids
Conduct safety inductions, trainings, mock drills, and first aid sessions
Investigate accidents and maintain safety records and reports
Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and renewals
Support safety audits and closure of observations
Handle safety committee activities and cross-functional coordination
