We're looking for someone who lives and breathes ads and ecommerce And knows media buying for D2C (Especially Meta)

We are Asia's largest consulting firm for ecommerce brands. Founders come to us when they want to start or scale, and we get in the trenches with them: ad accounts, creative, offers, systems. You will be one of the people they talk to.

The role

If you're passionate about marketing, Meta ads and ecommerce then GTB is the best place for you in the country to learn and thrive

Own Meta ad accounts spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for our clients end to end: research, angles, creative briefs, testing structure, scaling decisions

Get on calls with client founders directly. You will be consulting them, not reporting to them

Launch meta ads campaigns if and when required

Build SOPs and systems as you go, because everything we do has to be repeatable

Work out of our Andheri office with the team

What you need to have already done

Run Facebook ads with real budget behind them. Not a course, not a certification

Worked with ecommerce or D2C brands,



ideally international

Fluent English

Enough judgment to look at an account and know what to kill, what to scale, and what to leave alone

What we care about more than your resume

Ownership. Calling a client because you sensed they needed a call, not because someone told you to. Building the SOP because you saw the gap

Speed. If your work is slow, we get left behind.

Obsession with the craft. If you are not studying ads on your own time, you will not grow here and you will not enjoy it here

Willingness to go the extra mile when nobody is watching, and to say when something is not working

How we operate

Not a clock-in, clock-out role. Some nights run late. Some afternoons end early. We move with intent, not with hours. We are not a boring corporate.

Nobody will micromanage you. If you are not performing, we will tell you plainly, give you the tools, and give you real chances to fix it
