Responsible for the management of the unit
Responsible for meeting the Unit's targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
Build and lead a team of Team Managers to consistently excel in areas of service, sales and quality by leading by example & ensuring high levels of motivation amongst the team members.
Enhance business and income generation through balance build up and cross-selling appropriate products to the portfolio customers.
Responsible for managing, training and inspiring staff.
Drive the Unit to meet the set objectives in areas of Service, Quality, Revenue Generation, PB productivity and business products. Drive the unit to increase the digital penetration.
Drive the unit effective relationship management and adequate management of the complaints
