Position: Holiday Manager (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: Cochin
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry, with significant exposure to inbound and outbound holiday operations
Salary : As Per Industry Standard
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage inbound and outbound holiday packages.
Plan and coordinate tour operations, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
Handle hotel bookings, transportation, flights, visas, and travel documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers.
Ensure smooth execution of tours and high customer satisfaction.
Lead and supervise holiday operations staff and support teams.
Prepare tour quotations, package costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Drive holiday sales, revenue growth, and business development activities.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and travel partners
