You will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Public Procurement, Public Policy, or other related fields, with advanced training.
At least 8 years relevant experience in procurement, project management or other related area in infrastructure projects (e.g., transport, energy, water or urban, health and social development sectors).
Demonstrated country/regional procurement experience in infrastructure sectors as transport, energy, water or urban, health and social development.
Familiarity with multilateral development banks (MDB) procurement and consulting services policies and procedures.
Experience working in project management, contract management and capacity building with governments or other public sector entities.
Experience leading projects, work with teams, and share relevant knowledge to benefit the broader ADB community.
Proficiency in expressing ideas in both spoken and written formats in English.

This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
This is a fixed term appointment with option to renew, initially for a period of up to 3 years, or up to the Normal Retirement Date (NRD), whichever comes earlier, for the purpose(s) and conditions determined by ADB, in accordance with Administrative Order No. 2.01 (Recruitment and Appointment). After the initial fixed-term period, ADB may choose to renew the appointment for up to an additional 3 years or not renewed.
