The Role:

A pure hunting role: own a set of categories and named accounts, and take mid-market and emerging D2C brands from first outreach to signed agreement.



Activation and growth are owned by a dedicated team — your job is to bring the merchants in.

What you will do:
Build and convert a pipeline of mid-market and emerging D2C brands: prospecting, pitch, commercials, agreement.
Sell to founders and e-commerce heads with business cases built on conversion, AOV, and current-customer reach.
Structure no-cost EMI/subvention offers within pricing guardrails; negotiate and close terms.
Hand off signed merchants to the activation team with complete context for a rapid go-live.
Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasts, and weekly review readiness.
Track competing affordability offers and category trends; feed insights back to strategy.

What we're looking for:

4–6 years of quota-carrying new-business sales to D2C brands or online merchants — payments/PG, BNPL, e-commerce SaaS, marketplace seller acquisition, or D2C logistics.
