Position: Senior AP Accountant
Location: Cochin
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 5 + years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Salary : Upto 10 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Solid knowledge of AP processes, reconciliation, and financial controls
Experience with ERP systems (QAD experience is a significant advantage) and robust Microsoft Excel.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all AP activities.
Supervise and review daily AP operations performed by junior team members, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor account administration
Maintain and monitor vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Perform and review monthly AP reconciliations, including vendor statements, AP subledger, and balance sheet accounts.
Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in ERP enhancements and system optimization projects.
